Presenter Guidelines

Guidelines for the Oral Presentation

Congratulations on the acceptance of you abstract for an “Oral Presentation”.
All Oral Presenters must be on-site as there will be no live-streaming or recording of the session. Please read the guidelines below carefully Prepare your presentation accordingly.

Basic Rules of Presentation

1. Each presenter will be allocated 9 minutes in total (7 minutes for the presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A). Please ensure that you strictly adhere to the allotted time.
2. All presentations must be conducted in English.
3. Presentation Files should be submitted in a PowerPoint Format, 16:9 Ratio.
4. Presenters should use official KSCCM•ACCC 2023 template below.

Registration

All Oral Presenters must register by the end of the Pre-registration date (April 10(Mon.)).
If presenters do not register by deadline of pre-registration or on-site, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

Preview Room

All presenters should come up to “Preview Room” at least 1 hour before their presentations to upload and check their PPT files.

Venue: Tulip Room, 5F
Operating Hours: 4/27~28, 07:00~17:00

Withdraw

If you need to withdraw or make any changes of your abstract or make any changes, you should notify in writing to the KSCCM-ACCC 2023 Secretariat via E-mail(abstract@ksccm.org) by April 14(Fri).

If you want to withdraw your abstract, your abstract will be marked as “Withdrawn” on the contents of program and abstract book.
Furthermore, your abstract will be deleted on the abstract book.
